Love Chloromancy? Why not take a voxel-ized vacation and try playing the Chloromancer in Trove?

Last week we brought you a Vox Budgie-themed #ThrowbackThursday.

This week however, we’re reminding players that Chloromancers aren’t native to Telara. Trove has them, too! You can play the Chloromancer class in Trove. Utilize some favorite abilities such as Phytobarrier, Leafy Lasher, Blooming Pollinator, and more. Just like in RIFT, they bend the laws of nature to both heal allies and damage foes, plus their flowers pack a punch! Check it out!

Meet the Mystic Archer

The Mystic Archer is the newest mage soul, coming with the launch of 4.3: Crucia’s Claw.

Souls are something that set RIFT apart from any other MMORPG out there. Each calling has several unique options and skills to fit a wide variety of play-styles including tanking, supporting, damage dealing, and healing. Our newest upcoming soul is for the Mage calling: The Mystic Archer.

The Mystic Archer is a new kind of play experience within RIFT. Unlike any other Mage, it uses a mystical bow and shoots magical bolts. Mystic Archers utilizes situational awareness to attack with raw, unrelenting force against their enemies. Their offensive spells must be aimed, either by character movement or placing ground-targeted AoEs strategically for maximum devastation. It’s fast paced, highly survivable, and powerful.

This new soul will be available for 900 credits beginning October 25^th. However, the rest of 4.3: Crucia’s Claw is free to all players.

RIFT is starting off Trion World’s Extra Life 2017 event! On Friday beginning at 11:30 AM PDT, Jennifer “Yaviey” Bridges, RIFT’s Community Manager, will be joined by Simon “Dead Simon” Ffinch (Sr. Design Director), Chris “Keyens” Meyer (Systems Designer), and Chris “Tacitus” Cates (Sr. Game Designer) to talk more about last week’s 4.3 Crucia’s Claw announcement. Keyens will give an overview of the upcoming new mage soul, the Mystic Archer. Tacitus will then show off the frightful new goodies from the next big seasonal event, Autumn Harvest. Join us live for a special surprise!

On Friday, August 25, 2017, new RIFT Community Manager Jennifer “Yaviey” Bridges leveled up her mage in RIFT along with special guests!

On Friday’s livestream, Yaviey was joined by Ryan “Rough Raptors” Copeland (Software Engineer, RIFT) and Abby the doggo as she continued to play her Guardian high elf mage that she created during a previous stream. Yaviey quested in Silverwood around the Marsh House and Abby decided that Rough Raptors was delicious. Watch the whole video for all the fun!
